The year 2023 is dedicated to learning the best practices that will lay the foundations for the community we are building.
To achieve it we plan 3 visits to the German organizations that will help us to look at the goal from 3 different perspectives: media production and management, branding and delivering the media product to the audience, and community management.
We want these people who will be selected for the trip to lay the foundation for KRAINA Sandbox by contributing their experience and knowledge they gain during these visits.

Media production and management
We want to see how the established media organizations build their top content, build teams that work on the project, implement the latest trends in media field.
We would like to talk to journalists that get deep into a topic and produce great impactful content, producers that launch new projects, people who manage teams and run set up the processes.
Here are some of the questions we would like to find the answers to:
- How do the journalists work on their best media artifacts (articles, radio shows, podcasts etc). What is their secret of telling about the important but complex things in a simple and catchy manner? What can we learn from them so that the projects we are launching are created with the best practices in mind? How can we get inspiration and inspire the future members of the community?
- What can we learn from the media managers so that people who work on the project can reach out to their full potential? How do they organize work in their teams? What process works best for them? What surely doesn’t?
- What can we learn from the media producers? How do they launch new products? What is the life cycle from the idea to the implementation? How do they measure the success? What can we toke from their everyday practice to engage creativity of all team members?
- Or perhaps we can look at the work of the production team? See how they produce a short TikTok video explainer, radio show or an interactive visual timeline
- Any tips and tricks on monetization would also be a great fit
Branding and delivering the media product to the audience
This is about packing the media products into the most attractive way and deliver them to the people who are interested in them.
- What can we learn to build a strong media brand?
- How to design a tone of voice that speaks to the audience?
- How can we build a design system that represents our concept and values, but also promote sub-projects?
- What can we learn in terms of audience research?
- What practices are work for the audience to improve the loyalty of the audience of the products we launch? How can we make these people fall in love in what we do, wait for the launch of our products, promote them using their social networks, and donate?
