The contractor is responsible for tech support of the website for 6 months after the development is complete. He or she has to fix any technical issue he or she is responsible for within 24 hours after the case is submitted to him or via email or any other messenger.
Each web page is developed and tested for at least 4 break points to look good and without defects on any screen.
The website is being updated and tested on the dev environment and is uploaded to the prod environment after the developer makes sure it is tested and has no defects.
The source code is stored and always up to date in a repository that the KRAINA Media team has always access to.
